The following extended VM counters are available:
CPU Co-Scheduling Delay Time
CPU Idle Time
CPU Total Wait Time
Waiting to be Scheduled Time
CPU Demand to Entitlement
Does anyone know how these new values will be calculated or how they will be interpreted?
