OCI License and Flash Pool

I'm 99% sure of the answer here but I can't find it written down for confirmation - do we have to allow for Flash Pool capacity when calculating raw TB for OCI licensing? I'm pretty sure we don't

Yes, all raw capacity of every disk OCI sees is counted - unassigned disk, spare disk, parity disk, mirroring - raw is raw, and it is counted
