OCUM server 6.3 installation did not create icon/shortcut

Hello All,

I have a customer who has Installed OCUM 6.3 on Windows 2012, however it did not create shorcut icon but they can see the Program installed on  (C:\Program Files\NetApp\ocum
and mySQL).

Is this a known issue and how can this be fixed?

UM doesn't create any short cut and this is expected.
