I am running OnCommand 5.0 FCS with Internet Explorer 8. I am attempting to view Tree Maps for storage controllers and volumes. However, for any Tree Map I keep getting a blank map with the text "Error #2032". Here is what I'm seeing in the error log file:

Any ideas? This is a demo lab so I don't want to hassle technical support with this.

Hi,
This error is more related to Adobe Flash player.
Since this was working earlier, I guess that the problem would be solved if you uninstall and install Adobe Flash player again.
Some hints on this problem are available at http://www.flashplayerfixer.com/flash-player-error-2032.php
Thanks,

That was it! I had tried un-installing Flash using Control Panel->Add/Remove Software and then re-installing Flash, but it didn't work. The article you posted led me to the instructions on Adobe's web site on how to truly un-install Flash using their utility.

Once I ran this utility, and then re-installed Flash the Tree Map worked!
Thank you!
