Hi Rodrigo,

Assure, Perform, and Plan are licensed by TB. 

Balance has two licensing options as of Nov 21, 2011. 

1. Capacity based: For non-NetApp storage (EMC, Dell, IBM, HDS, HP) is licensed by TB with a minimum of 10 TB, in 5 TB increments.
2. Controller-based: Value priced for NetApp systems is priced per controller.
