Hi ALL,
does anyone know which firewall ports are used by OnCommand System Manager?
need to manage a 2020 filer through an internal firewall

I don't have the documentation handy to check but off the top of my head, I'd say SNMP for arrays discovery/registration and then http and/or https depending on your FAS administration settings.

The port numbers used by OnCommand System Manager to communicate with Storage Controller are as follows
80 (HTTP)
443 (HTTPS)
25 (SNMP)
We are working towards including this information in the documentation as well.

Sir,
you probably wanted to write PORT 161 (UDP) for SNMP protocol. I think you confused SNMP with SMTP (which runs on port 25 TCP and is totally unrelated).
