Active IQ Unified Manager Discussions
I'm trying to configure Remote Authentication using our Windows Domain, when I test my connection this works (no errors generated).
However when I attempt to log into the UM interface using the same credential I recieve authentication errors.
I found this link but the video is missing. Has anyone experienced this issue or able to advise where I can find the cause?

Have you add a remote user or remote user group on manage users ?
