Where can i obtain a Oncommand Report Eval License?

You ask for temporary licence through this request form:

https://communities.netapp.com/community/netapp_partners_network/storage_management_software/oncommandinsight

Select "OnCommand Report" in the "Select a Product" drop-list.

If you don't have access to this community, please ask your NetApp SE/contact to have it filled for you.
