OneCollect.exe has stopped working while running ONTAP Data Collection job


While running ONTAP Solution Data Collection jobs against an 8-node and 10-node ONTAP 9.2P1 cluster, the OneCollect application crashes with error "OneCollect.exe has stopped working" (see screenshot).  Collection job completed on a different 6-node cluster but it also failed twice before completing the third time. 


Running on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit with 8GB of RAM.


Has anyone else seen this or have any recommendations?









Please try changing the timeout value for command execution. Refer Changing the default timeout for command execution section on page 25
