RBAC with OnCommand System Manager

Hi all,

Can System Manager 3.1 recognise cluster admin users that have custom security roles assigned to them? Am interested in local and AD accounts that are designated as cluster admin on a cDOT cluster.

Hi Mrinal,

Absolutely, you need to create the users on the cluster with Admin "ONTAPI" rights. The user access can be configured for local cluster users or domain users authenticated against your AD. Once you have done that, you can log into System Manager with your own AD account.
