How would we create the groups, so that all the members in the group could access that.Since, there is limit on report authors and admin.

Long story short: How to add group to admin group,rather than creating the users.

Yes, there is a limit on number of report authors and report viewers in OnCommand Insight Report.

Role                    # of Users

It also supports LDAP for user groups
