Yes, if you apply a permanent license file the demo licenses will be gone.

I just want to remove the license, without to apply a permanent license. Because those no longer in need.

Yes, you can remove the demo licenses. You have to type the following command:
license delete <service>
For example, if you want to remove the "nfs" demo license type:
license delete nfs

Yes, that is an ONTAP command. The demo licenses are probably stored in an XML file. Talk to your NetApp account rep about getting a license file that has only your permanent software keys.
Nothing in the SMSP docs points to a way to remove specific license keys and there is no ONTAP based keys.
