Reset admin account

How can we reset the admin account on OCI and DWH server in case it is lost?

 

I can do RDP session to these servers but not able to login to OCI, DWH or reporting portal.

Hi Sunil,

 

Is the mysql service running on your OCI server / DHW? I've seen cases where OCI is running but the DB is down, so authentication fails for all users.

 

If mysql is running, I would suggest opening a case with support here. They might be able to work out a way in for you...

MySQL is running. Tried to restart and login again but failed.

 

I know one procedure by oadmin, but can't do that.

 

I will open case now.

Support can help you out. We don't have a procedure for customers to resolve this on their own
