Snapvault relationships frequently broken

Hi,

Our DFM system involves in automatically backing up 1700+ Windows hosts across 4 filers on daily basis. The whole data of a computer is being protected through snapvault relationships containing 2 physical drives and 1 systemState. As more and more hosts are provisioned onto our datasets lately, some of relationships are unable to achieve backup and become broken, saying "the qtree is not the source for the replication destination". See the screenshot below,

DFM Version is: 5.1.0.15008 (5.1)

Any ideas on how to fix this? Much appreciated.

This group is specifically for System Manager. OnCommand Unified Manager folks might not be monitoring it actively.
