Suggestion for the upgrade process

Hi

When I upgraded to WFA 2.2, I cancelled out of the "Setup Wizard" and then just restored the backup I'd taken from the previous version.

How about the installer prompting to ask if you have a backup ready to restore from (and then "telling" WFA not to launch the wizard)?
