URLS for AutoSuport Upload / ConfigAdvisor OneCollect

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to know which URL's have to be accessible through firewalls to get these tools fully functional working. Are these the same as on NetApp Clusters itself namely mentioned:

https://support.netapp.com/aods/asupmessage

support.netapp.com/asupprod/post/1.0/postAsup

support.netapp.com/put/AsupPut

Yes, that's right. All 3 mentioned URLs should be allowed through firewall:

http-put-destination:
https://support.netapp.com/put/AsupPut/.

http-post-destination
https://support.netapp.com/asupprod/post/1.0/postAsup.

On-demand:
https://support.netapp.com/aods/asupmessage.
