I have just started to see this error when it tries to collect from a pair of FAS3250s running 8.1.2:
It was running fine before then.
We have been seeing this at a few sites. Please open a support case; they will triage, and get it to engineering as needed.
I too see this in my lab here in Scottsdale.
We've had this as well, restarting the service on OCB was the fix, unfortunately we lost the data during that time.
Hi, I have the same issue.
FAS3250 8.1.3P1 7-Mode
OnCommand Balance 18.104.22.168
I also get the error message "Unknown Collection Error" on Statistics Collection.
Discovery seems fine.
Restarted the Virtual Machine Appliance but no success.
Please assist me.
