Using Operations Manager for IBM and NetApp

Hi!

We have IBM's N-series and pure NetApp products inhouse. We are thinking about implementing Operations Manager as a central monitoring engine for storages and here goes the question: can I use Operation Manager downloaded from NetApp to monitor N-series and vice versa or do I have to setup two DFMs?

Technically it is possible to monitor native NetApp Systems and N-Series Systems in the same Operations Manager (as long as you have enough node licenses).

To clarify the licensing part, talk to your partner or NetApp sales rep.
