capacity data in AIQUM not pulled by Harvest for all clusters

There are 13 clusters in AIQUM but Harvest capacity data is only being pulled for the first 4 ONTAP systems. 

 

Harvest 1.6

NaBox 2.5.1 

AIQUM 9.9

Hello,

 

The issue could be caused by AIQUM not finishing it's cluster polling correctly.
I'd check the data that is available in AIQUM and whether there is current data for the 9 missing clusters to see whether this problem is caused by AIQUM or by harvest.
If there is indeed data missing in AIQUM, then I'd recommend opening a case with Netapp Support.

The data for all 13 clusters in AIQUM is there, it's just that Harvest isn't attempting to pull anything other than the first 4 clusters listed in the AIQUM DB.

The question I'd have is how is harvest pulling the data exactly? I'd say it's doing an API call.

There might actually be an issue with the specific AIQUM version (9.9) where the API calls might not return information for all clusters. I'd try updating to a newer version and check whether the problem is the same there.
