Active IQ Unified Manager Discussions
Hi all,
I try to schedule a report in Insight 7 DWH.
Report works fine but when I try to run the schedule (send mail) once I receive the java error.
SMTP is configured and tested in DWH.
Any ideas on this?

There is an old thread here that indicates that you might need to set the timezone within Cognos:
