new-ncuser does not work on vservers

Anyone have any luck adding admin users to vservers with the new-ncusers cmdlet?  Any time you try to create a user for a vserver it comes back with "entry doesnt exist".  It works fine with the admin vserver.

Same thing with invoke-ncssh.   Also fails just running it from the powershell CLI.

Is this by design? If so, how do you add users to vservers with WFA?

Found the problem. The parameters are positional. If you try to enter them in the order suggested by the CLI help, they do not work
