ocum and ontap cloud shut down scheduler

hi

ocum is monitoring our ontap cloud

the ontap cloud has scheduler for shuting down and startin at specific time.

the OCUM is alerting every time the ONTAP CLOUD is going doun (as planed)

what is possible to do for telling the OCUM to ignor the ontap cloud goes offlin at this spesipic time?

Hi romeliko4,

You can navigate to Administration-Manage Events-Disable global events. Then select the exact UM event that you need to disable alerting for. This will throw a warning that

all existing NEW state events for this event-type would be system-obsoleted. then save this dialog.
