onCommand Report doesn't show qtrees on Primary filers

Good day!

I've installed onCommand Report. Now I can generate different capacity reports and it's great.

But when I insert qtrees' fields in my reports - Report System shows only qtrees on Secondary filers (which is configured as DR). It looks like there are no qtrees on Primary filers!

At the same time on DFM server I can see all scopes of qtrees as on Primary filers as on Secondary filers. I cannot understand where problems is. I've re-installed onCommand Report but situation is the same!

Maybe someone can help me! Thank you!

Good day!

To resolve this problem:

1. Install patch in onCommand Report:

  • Upload the file “netapp_dfm_20131025.zip” from this location ftp://ftp.netapp.com/pub/home/hamdani/pub/netapp_dfm_20131025.zip to your OCR server.
  • Extract the file that you uploaded to a temp location.
  • Stop the SANscreen server service.
  • Go to “<Install>\SANscreen\jboss\server\onaro\deploy\datasources.war” folder.
  • Save the following file “netapp_dfm.jar”
  • Copy and replace the same file from temp location to the datasources.war folder
  • Start the SANscreen server service.
  • Start the SANscreen acq service.
  • Log on to OCR client and force the acquisition.
  • Check the reports and see if this resolves the issue for you.

2. Add capabilities to DFM user like in article:

https://kb.netapp.com/support/index?page=content&id=1011412&locale=en_US

These two steps resolve the problem.

I have the exact same issue as well it seems. I can see the Qtree's on the secondary filer, and either no or limited Qtree's on the primary.
