setting up alerts and users

how do I setup and email alerts from the dfm server? also where can i set the email relay? I do not see that

ok I figured it out. but the users are all local users. how do I add mutiple email addresses to one user? since dfm is on a linux vm, how can i add windows AD users to dfm?
