upgrade to OCR 1.2

I have lot of custom reports and schedules in OCR 1.1 and want to try out the new OCR 1.2

I feel the instructions in the upgrade manual are not clear. Anybody can point me in the right direction on a clear step by step.

I found the easy way to import reports from 1.1 to 1.2. Question answered
