I've run into a bit of a snag regarding the Config Advisor. It worked flawlessly for 2/3 of our machines (that are hosted on Network A), however it flat out isn't working on the 3rd machine (network B). How should I proceed?
This situation may be related to the network side more than the filer side.
I will sugest to :
. Eliminate your network bu collecting a packet trace.
. Troubleshoot further using Active IQ Config Advisor (Attached)
. Troubleshoot Active IQ PAS Ingestion on the filer using the following kb.
