Active IQ Unified Manager operation state failed after headswap



My costumer did headswap and Unified Manager collecting the health state successfully but failed to collect the operation state. 

I have tried to upgrade for 9.7 (from 9.5) but both version have the issue.

I assume that I can remove the cluster add added it again but I dont want to loss the history data.


I also tried this KB with no success
