ActiveIQ Performance

Hi,
My team uses ActiveIQ Performance data to analyze current ONTAP workloads.
If we download the data, you can check the recording every hour.
My team would like to know specifically how the log data is aggregated and recorded for this hourly recording.
If anyone knows how to record this hourly data, could you please tell me?

Thanks
Kenji Kang

This is my understanding:

ONTAP has very granular performance data as can be seen in a performance archive via an AutoSupport on Demand. That data is averaged (statistical mean) by ONTAP and then recorded as an hourly data point. On the weekend, the performance AutoSupport sends those hourly data points to NetApp. Those are then parsed and graphed by Active IQ Digital Advisor.

If you have additional questions, feel free to follow-up with them.

Hi Albertson-san
Thank you for your kind and easy-to-understand explanation.😀
I understand that the data recorded every hour has already been averaged in detail by ONTAP.
Thanks
