Active IQ and AutoSupport Discussions

The jobs are failing to upload to activeIQ onecollect.


So in order to use interoperability advisor from active IQ, I am using one collect to upload to the collection job. But after the job is completed it fails to upload.

It maybe due to a port that might need to be open, any thoughts.





If you provide sso credentials during job creation; upload should happen automatically. Otherwise upload can be done through "Upload to AutoSupport" tab on the OneCollect tool. In both cases, https is used.


I'm pretty certain it uses port 443 (outgoing HTTPS) to send the data.
