upgrade advisor not available in myautosupport

Is upgrade advisor still available in myautosupport ?

In 2 customers autosupport, the "upgrade advisor" option is greyed and not available.

What can I do if I need an upgrade plan from 7-mode to 7-mode ?

Upgrade Advisor is available in My AutoSupport.

• Search by a Serial # / Hostname / System Id.
• Once you are in the system dashboard, click the Upgrade Advisor link in left hand navigation tab.
