wiregauge report from autosupport file

Has anyone managed to generate a wiregauge report from autosupport file?

I'm using wiregauge version 2.1.1, and trying to generate the wiregauge report from autosupport file. I extract the autosupport file from the controller, unzip it, and save it as .txt. But when I use wiregauge to read the file, it failed. A message will appears, "....unable to verify the autosupport file".

Anyone has the solution for this?

Yes, I did it several times. Which file do you mean? You basically need the content of ASUP E-Mail to process it.

It's like what aborzenkov stated, simply copy (select all) of the content from the ASUP email - not the individual .gz files in the email.  Save this content to a .txt file (name it whatever you like).  In WireGauge, go to the "AutoSupport (from file)" tab and click "Add file".  Search for the text file you just created and double click the file.  It should be verified in the ASUP Connection status.  Now just click on the "Collect Data" button and you're good to go.
