Scanners showing as inactive in DataSense Configuration

Hi,

probably been asked before, I've followed the docs and deployed two onPrem scanner hosts.  OS is Centos Stream 8.  Both appear to work, the add_node.sh script completes successfully.  In the CloudManager/Configuration page both show up as inactive with different error messages:

Scanner 1:
A connection between the scanning manager and the scanner node is established,but the scanner node is not running properly, and as a result may have had stopped the scanning process
 
Scanner 2:
The scanner node server is up, but is unable to join the DataSense network.
 
Both the Master and connector are hosted in AWS and from what I can see all required ports are open.

Apologies that no one from the community has been able to answer your DataSense query. 

 

I would suggest you reach out to support via BlueXP so someone can help you out with getting this setup.
