You can definitely migrate your data from Pay-GO Cloud ONTAP to BYOL based Cloud ONTAP instance using snap-mirror. Today it is not currently possible to change from a Pay-Go version of Cloud ONTAP to BYOL version of Cloud ONTAP.
We can also share that we are working on some changes that will make it possible to switch between Pay-Go and BYOL versions of Cloud ONTAP.
