Hello,

Actually we have configured Cloud sync Between On-prem File Server with SMB and NAF volumen with SMB. We can configure Source and target perfectly because we can see all content on both paths and finish correctly the wizard, but when we try start first sync we have the attached error.

"mount error(13): Permission denied Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs) and kernel log messages (dmesg)"

Any could help us?

can you verify that the user account you are deploying in IAM follows the NetApp provided policy?

https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/cloudsync/task_installing_aws.html#supported-aws-regions

"Permissions required to deploy the data broker in AWS"

The AWS user account that you use to deploy the data broker must have the permissions included in this NetApp-provided policy.
