Hello. Is there a workaround for this problem? Or has anyone ever had symptoms like this?
If you proceed with the request report on the Assessment Tools Portal (ATP), only 22 bytes of empty zip files will be sent by e-mail. ( look at the attached photo, it is an empty zip file.) There are no files in the zip file, and the symptoms have been around for two days. I think it's a problem with ATP, but I'm curious how to deal with these symptoms. Please give me some advice.
