Workflow Automation Host Returns Unauthorized Message to Remote Host's API Call

It appears that our Workflow Automation host is returning an unauthorized message to a remote host's API call.  Does anyone know how to correct this issue?

What's your code? Does your code work externally from WFA to invoke the remote API?
