How to configure the VMWare datastore used during SnapManager backup verification.

I have 2 SharePoint farms, 2007 that is physical servers, and a 2010 environment that is virtual. I have a dedicated SQL server for verification of the SMSP backups. I would like to control what data store that SnapDrive uses when it mounts a snap clone for the verification process, but I can not find this setting.

Is it possible to alter this?
