Was there a solution to this?  I am having the same problem.

I had this problem with SMSQL 7.2.2.  Support had me downgrade to 7.2.1 and that seems to work.

I was using SQL Server 2012 Standard SP3 with SnapDrive 7.1.3.6796

Also having the same problem with 7.2.2P2. Had to downgrade to 7.2.1 just to do the config wizard and then upgrade to 7.2.2P2 again.
