Continuing the theme of "May we live in interesting host virtualization times" and in response to customer asks for additional host virtualization support in DII, we are developing an OpenShift Virtualization data collector to treat these VMs as.... Virtual Machines.
This project is fairly far along, such that inventory and performance capabilities are rounding into solid shape. If you would like me to patch your DII tenant to introduce this tile, and discuss how to deploy this collector type, drop me a note at ostiguy at netapp dot com
Otherwise, you will likely see this new collector tile show up in weeks, not months.
