i have read through the KBs and verified connectivity but every time i get this:
Connector is in error state. Service name: audit. Reason for failure: No local IP address found on the connector that can reach the data interfaces of the SVM.

yes i have read that.
i see communications in the packet trace so there is no firewall issues.

For adding CVO, please allow ICMP and TCP traffic for the agent VM and CVO.

ICMP and TCP are allowed

If the protocols are allowed and we still see the error state, I might suggest opening a technical case. As this issue is typically due to firewall config, Cloud secure or other networking issues.
