Error while adding mysql host on snapcenter

I'm getting an issue when I try to add a Linux MySQL host to the SnapCenter server's hosts option.

It returns an error. There is no such host.

I can manually connect to the linux mysql server using Putty from the SnapCenter server.

Do you have the proper credentials entered? SnapCenter will give the following error:

If you have incorrect credentials or host type selected. If you are continuing to have problems, kindly provide a screenshot of the settings on the Add Host page.
