Guest file Restore

I have Snapcenter 4.3.2. i want to make guest file restore. Snapshot is mounted sucessfully but after restore i have empty Folder no file is in Folder.

can someone tell me what im doing wrong?

Also, is the snapshot you mounted to restore actually captured the data ? I mean to say, could you try  restoring from previous snapshots to check if that's the case.
