We have a similar problem.
[2014-10-16 16:58:01,902] ERROR: [dbtst-se:9090 (4.1.1.1)] (Thu Oct 16 16:57:56 2014) [syb-00002] SYBASE:QUIESCE: Could not get Database master status, ensure database is running!
The master db is up and running and we assume that the db status select for the master db is wrong. Should we use SC 4.1.1?
