SCOM 2012 - Failed to find management pack class DataONTAP.Controller (event 21413)

Hi all

I'm completely new to these forums, so please bare with me if I do something wrong 🙂

We're getting an error in SCOM from the OnCommand plugin for Microsoft 3.2.1 (Management Pack). We can't figure out how to resolve the issue. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
