Hi,
One of my customer created filesystems based on different LUNs on different controlers
(ex below): snapdrive storage create -fs /mnt/testfs -lun storage_array1:/vol/vol1/lun2 -lun storage_array1:/vol/vol2/lun2 -lunsize 100m
Does SMO work with a such storage layout (having datafiles on a such LUN) ?
Thanks,
Bruno

Yes, SMO 3.0 supports file systems that are on LUNS spanning controllers and volumes and aggregated together with a hostside volume manager, as long as the storage systems are running ONTAP 7.2 or higher.
