SMSQL remote administration server license

Hi

I have custmer who buy SMSQL5.0 host-base license.

He want to manage SMSQL from remote Server.

Does he need one more host-base license for remote administration server?

I believe the SMSQL client license is based on "per SQL server instance".  They should be able to manage SMSQL remotely as long as all the SQL server they are managing is licensed
