My concern

We are currently implementing 4x FAS6280 and 2x FAS6240 (data protection). In the last few days I read some discussion (2007-2008) on thing provisioning. There was a particular comment that talks about understanding space reclamation and the way to reclaim that space was with SnapDrive. Is this still the case?

hi, it is my understanding that snapdrive is working with luns, and thin provisioning refers to volumes.

On my systems hosts windows 2008 Ive tried using space reclamation but it didnt seem to save any space on the lun
