Is there an existing SNMP MIB which can be used standard monitoring tools such as IBM NetCool SNMP probe? If not, has anyone written an SNMP rule to work with the SENDTRAP command? I am looking for a solution to send SNMP traps for failed Database backups to a NetCool SNMP probe.
