Hi,
Got a quick question. I have a 2-node swtichless cluster configured with 1 SVM, serving LUNs to a DB server. I have snapshots configured for the DB via Commvault IntelliSnap creating my primary copies. I would like to configure Auxiliary copies (snapvault) for this system. Is it possible to just create a second SVM in the same cluster and set it up as the target for the Auxiliary copies? Or must the auxiliary copies reside on a separate cluster?

Absolutely.
You even can replicate to the same SVM if needed.
You can use Express Guides here.
In short:
- You need to establish cluster peer (if you have two separate clusters)
- Establish SVM peer (if you have two separate SVMs)
- Configure volume replication & schedule
- Start initial base line replication transfer
