It is possible to integrate Snap Creator with Ingres DB? There are any plugins?

Possible yes you have several options:

1) create a new plugin

2) use the APP_QUIESCE_CMDs and APP_UNQUIESCE_CMDs

I dont know of any plugins for ingresDB.

Sure if you provide detailed steps and user inputs for performing a backup I can create plugin for you to test through community but this would need to be supported by yourself as part of SC developer community.
